Reversible feeder

1. Overview

K type reversible feeder is composed of groove body which fixes the bottom part of coal storage bunker, movable bottom plate with crank connecting device, roller and gate transmission device. As one of the most important feeding equipment in coal transmission system, it works mainly to feed coal evenly from storage bunker or unloading pit to conveyor or other screening, storage device.

2. Working principles
When motor is started, flexible coupling, reducer and crank connecting device drag the bottom plate of 50 degrees tilt to make straight line reciprocating motion on the roller, therefore, Coal is evenly and continuously unloaded on conveyer or other screening equipment.
The reciprocating feeder may be assembled under the hopper. Lining board can be added on the tank when hard materials are conveyed. Feeding volume are controlled through controlling the thickness of the material by adjusting the opening of the fan regulating valves or the eccentricity of the eccentric.
Whether the feeder is provided with funnel or without funnel, with regulating valve or without regulating valve, it depends on the order of the customer.

3. Technical parameters
The feeder has two kind of structures, with or without regulating gate. Capacity listed in the following table is the data in circumstance that the regulating gate is opened to maximum opening(equals to the circumstance without regulating gate).
