Unique characteristic of structure
● The blade shape crushing tooth of corresponding length and the teeth roll of variable speed performs shearing and fracturing crushing of the coke, effectively decreases the phenomenon of overgrind.
●  Gear linkage institutions operates smoothly with little noise and vibration, gear teeth broken phenomenon is eliminated.
●  The speed difference of double roller formed relative speed. Unique transmission system guarantee teeth roll transmission is always in the best state of meshing.
●  The clearance of double roller can be adjusted unlimitedly and conveniently according to the wearing degree of crushing teeth and the particle size of the coke without stopping the machine.
● The sword shape crushing plate of abrasive material like high manganese (or high chromium), is impact resisting and high wear-resisting.
● The gearbox structure is specially designed, lubricated with thinner oil, it eliminates the wearing of gear by coke dust and avoids the traditional blocking of oil circuit of the coke cutter. The designed life span of the machine is 30 years and it can be repaired conveniently.


Principal advantages
● uniform particle size: The coke cutter produces coke with range of particle size 25-60mm, the ratio of powder productivity is 10% lower than that of extrusion type double teeth roll (wolf-teeth crusher), therefore, the coke ratio is improved.
● the strength of coke is improved. The mechanical strength of coke is improved through preventing the micro cracks generated by extrusion during the wolf-teeth crushing process.
