I. PCH coarse crusher
1. working principle
Materials are impacted and crushed through hammers driven by the rotating rotor of the machine. Then the impacted materials are compressed, sheared and grinded between the ring hammer and the crushing plate. At last materials of the demanded size are discharged through the screen meshes. Impurities of iron, wood and others are pushed into the iron removers by hammers and cleared at regular intervals.
2. Application field
The machine can be used in heat-engine power plant to crush medium-hard friable materials like coal gangue, limestone, etc. in cooperation with coal mills. The grain size of the product is no more than 30mm,and the capacity is bigger.

1. Working principles
Similar as the working principle of PCH type, materials are impacted and crushed through hammers driven by the rotating rotor of the machine. Then the impacted materials are compressed, sheared and grinded between the ring hammer and the crushing plate. At last materials of the demanded size are discharged through the screen meshes. Impurities of iron, wood and others are pushed into the iron removers by hammers and cleared at regular intervals. The only difference is that the screen mesh is narrowed to meet the demand of grain size.
2. Application field
The machine is used to crush medium-hard friable materials like coal gangue, limestone, etc. to support fluidized bed boiler. The grain size of the product is no more than 10 or 13mm.
