The LS type water-curtain zipper machine is a new generation of conveying equipment with optimization design absorbing the latest domestic and international technology with purpose to overcome the existing problems in practical project. The machine has better technical performances as follows:

1. Hydraulic coupling is equipped in the driving device to ensure safe operation, smooth starting and reliable work;
2. The life span of the scraper chain of wear-resisting alloyed steel plate treated with sandblasting process, is 2-3 times longer than ordinary scrapers.
3. Adding supporting wheel to the head wheel part prevents the chain blocking and breaking phenomenon, reduces the occasion of standstill of work caused by chain maintenance.
4. Utilizing larger size of chain link increases the strength and overcomes the previous problem of frequent chain breaking and high rate of failure.
5. The operation time of the equipment is extended by using ZQD reducer and open type gear of big modulus.
