Malaxator
Application fields
The malaxator only performs wet mixed grinding for blast furnace gun mud, ditch spreading mud and set of gun mud for iron mouth . The content of mud is coke powder, clay, clinker, and bitumen with particle size less than 5mm.

Working principles
The grinding base of the malaxator is driven by motor reducer mechanism. Distance from the center of the grinding base to the inner edge of the grinding wheel is 40mm in order to increase the grinding area. The grinding base and the friction force of the material pushes the grinding wheel to rotate around the wheel axle. The axle of the grinding wheel can be moved up and down on the fixed base support so as to meet the fluctuating requirement of the grinding wheel while the materials are bit into. The axle of the grinding wheel is fixed and supported by the base support and the cross-head, the grinding wheel supported by the support wheel rotates around the axle. When it woks,the material guide board equipped on the grinding base continuously scraps the material down the grinding wheel, besides, manual discharging scraper is equipped on the grinding base to scrap the grinded mud from the base plate when the scraper is put down.
Principal characteristics
1. Overgrind is avoided since the grinding wheel moves up and down around the axle. At the same time the permeability of mud is ensured
2. Viscosity and strength of the mud is ensured by the sufficient weight of the grinding wheel.
3. Sliding bearing ensures the reliability and life-span of the machine.
