1. Working principle
The feeding materials are firstly impacted between the quick revolving rotor and hammer driven by the spindle, then crushed again while being bumped against the board. The upper part is impact-crushing zone, also called linear zone; the bottom part is called arc zone serving to guarantee the grain size of the product through adjusting the space between the hammer and the cushion board. There is no blind spot of crushing within the arc zone. The particle size may be adjusted between 3 to 20mm, the size of the finest particles is 3mm taking 90%.
2. Application field
The machine characterized by strong power of impacting and high crushing efficiency, can be used to deal with finer operations under 150mpa like coal, rock, cement clinker in power, metallurgical, building materials, chemical projects. It performs great in crushing coal, and other wet materials to produce grain size of no more than 10mm or no more than 3mm.
