Rotary screen
Working principles
The rotation force along the axle pushes the material by angle of inclination to fall down through the screen mesh or move ahead. As the materials in the trommel are brought to a certain height and then turned down, the efficiency of screening is raised. At the same time, particles plugged in the screen mesh shall fall down, therefore plugging is avoided.
Characteristics
● Low-speed smooth rotation increases the reliability, reduces the maintenance rate and extends the life span of the machine.
● It is adaptable to damp material screening due to low frequency of plugging.
● The life span of the screen net extends, because the area of the screen net is larger, different part of the net touches the material alternatively.
● Closed operation reduces the noise and avoids the dust pollution.
● New vibrating institution of high frequency and low-intensity has been developed to further improve the performance and reduce the possibility of plugging by increasing the sieving speed for each half of the cylinder and raising the capacity of the screen.
● Improve the blocking-proof performance by setting striking mechanism.
● The remaining blocking materials shall be cleared thoroughly before switching off through setting forced net-cleaning institution.
Application fields
It is adaptable to screen damp and easy-blocking materials as coal, coke, lime. The particle Size is less than 10mm,minimumly less than 3mm. It is not adaptable to lifting assembling, not adaptable to screen multi size of particles.

1. The above parameters are in accordance with slot coal, maximum feeding size less than 200mm, uniform size 70mm.
2. Blocking-proof mechanism will be set according to customer’s requirement.
3. The capacity will reduce 50% if the particle size is required to be less than 3m
